The son of a doctor killed in terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Gagangir expressed sadness over his father's death. "My father Dr Shahnawaz Dar was an honest and respectable man," he said. "I wanted to become an IAS officer...My father had resolved to do everything he could to make me an IAS officer...[Now]...my dreams have been shattered," he added.
