Chef Sanjeev Kapoor recalled he was criticised for failing to recognise Bollywood celebrities at a party after becoming the youngest Executive Chef at Mumbai's Centaur Hotel in 1992. He told The Lallantop, "The banquet manager...came to my office...He told me that...you have to change your attitude. 'Tum bahut badtameez insaan ho (You are a very rude person),' he told me."
