IPS officer Vikash Kumar Vikash, who was among five police officers suspended by the Karnataka government in connection with the Bengaluru stampede case, moved the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), challenging the suspension. In his petition, Vikash claimed that he was being made a "scapegoat" for systemic failures. Notably, 11 people were killed in the stampede on June 4.
