Washington DC has sued US President Donald Trump's administration over his deployment of National Guard troops in the capital city. The lawsuit, filed by DC Attorney General Brian Schwalb, seeks a court order blocking the deployment on the grounds that it's unconstitutional and violates multiple federal laws. "Armed soldiers shouldn't be policing American citizens on American soil," said Schwalb.
