Mana Shah from Mumbai diverted over 500 tonnes of waste per month into nutrient-rich compost. Inspired by a climate documentary, she is helping housing societies and corporates compost their waste and returning the nutrient-rich compost for free. She said, "I want people to realise that waste isn't garbage...it is a resource. If managed right, it can heal the planet."
