Severe waterlogging was reported in parts of Delhi, including Civil Lines and Outer Ring Road (Majnu Ka Tila–Ring Road By-Pass), as overflowing Yamuna river entered parts of the national capital after heavy rains. It has also caused traffic disruptions, prompting Delhi Police to issue a traffic advisory asking commuters to avoid Outer Ring Road, Boulevard Road, and Mahatma Gandhi Marg.
