Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Saturday said that the government aims to build mini secretariats in all 11 districts and align their boundaries with MCD's 12 zones to avoid disruptions. "When we assumed power, we renovated District Magistrates' offices and ensured proper staff support for all 11 districts," she said. "For good governance...DM offices play a key role," CM added.
