Hezbollah's acting leader Sheikh Naim Qassem said the group is open to a ceasefire with Israeli forces in Lebanon. Notably, Hezbollah didn't mention the end of war in Gaza as a pre-condition to halting combat on the Lebanon-Israel border for the first time since the Israel-Hamas conflict broke out. Over 700 people have died in Lebanon in recent Israeli strikes.
