US journalist Rick Sanchez apologised as it's "embarrassing" how "dumb" his country is that it imposes tariffs on India to stop the latter's Russian oil purchases. "They know absolutely nothing about the history of India...or relationship between India and China vis-a-vis Russia...As a result, they made foolish judgements," Sanchez said.
