Congress MP Tariq Anwar reacted to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s refusal to sign the SCO communique over the exclusion of the Pahalgam terror attack. He said, "It's unfortunate that we have failed to gather support from any country due to our failed foreign policy." Anwar added, "We’ve not been able to present our views effectively on the global stage."
