US Secretary of State Marco Rubio claimed that the US "keeps an eye" on the situation between India and Pakistan "every single day". He went on to say ceasefires "can fall apart very quickly". "What we're aiming for is not some permanent ceasefire. What we're aiming for here is a peace deal," he said in context of Russia and Ukraine.
