Iran said it has developed a new generation of missiles with greater capabilities than those used in the 12-day conflict with Israel in June. It warned that the new missiles will be deployed if Israel launches fresh attacks. Earlier this month, Israel military chief Eyal Zamir had stated the army is prepared to launch more strikes on Iran if necessary.
