Baloch leader Mir Yar Baloch announced on Saturday that Balochistan is preparing to celebrate its Independence Day on August 11 despite restrictions imposed by Pakistan. Issuing a warning, Baloch urged Pakistan to withdraw its forces from the region through diplomatic channels. "Any Pakistani military personnel...found guilty of war crimes...will be prosecuted under Baloch national law," he said.
