An Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) official, while speaking on the cricket body rejecting Pakistan Cricket Board's (PCB) request to shift PSL to UAE, told Cricbuzz, "We owe it to BCCI and [ICC Chair] Jay Shah." ECB reportedly refused PCB's request after a nudge from top Indian cricket officials, including Shah. ECB also reportedly has security concerns over rising Indo-Pak tensions.
