Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, while talking about the recent Saudi Arabia-Pakistan defence pact, said Pakistan has "long tried to project itself as enforcement arm of the Muslim world". India "shouldn't overreact right now", he said, adding, "However, there are some troubling elements, particularly statement that any aggression on one country will be seen as aggression on the other."
