Wealth-tech firm Wealthy.in has secured ₹130 crore in a Series B round led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with support from Alphawave Global and Shepherd’s Hill. The funds will help scale its AI-powered platform, expand into Tier-2/3 markets, onboard 50,000 distributors, and target ₹1 lakh crore in AUM.
