Weaver Services has completed its ₹267 crore acquisition of Capital India Home Loans, backed by Premji Invest, Gaja Capital, and other investors. With all regulatory approvals secured, Weaver will launch a tech-led affordable housing finance platform targeting self-employed borrowers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns, with a focus on financial inclusion for women.
