Last week, the Supreme Court pronounced 30 important judgments. The most important ones relate to the refusal of alimony to a wife on the ground of husband becoming unemployed, upholding conviction of a father convicted of raping his minor daughter, and self-employed persons being entitled to compensation for loss of future prospects in motor accident claims.
