Last week, the Supreme Court pronounced 34 important judgments. The most important ones relate to the recruitment of a reserved candidate availing relaxation to participate in open competition with general candidates, expunction of adverse remarks made by MP High Court against an Advocate, and right to secure & timely possession of one’s home being fundamental right to shelter.
