Last week, the Supreme Court pronounced 33 important judgments. The most important ones relate to the acquittal of three men who were accused of killing a ten-year-old boy in 2007, aspect of the oral gift and the effect of a valid oral gift under the Muslim Law, acquittal in matricide case, and directions for reducing road accidents.
