Last week, the Supreme Court pronounced 16 important judgments. The most important ones relate to the non-furnishing information of criminal antecedents by an election candidate, opportunity of hearing to former Chhattisgarh CM’s son-Amit Aishwarya Jogi in NCP leader’s murder case, and informing grounds of arrest being mandatory in all offences.
