Last week, the Supreme Court pronounced 18 important judgments. The most important ones relate to the direction to the State of Uttarakhand to submit a plan for the restoration of the Corbett Tiger Reserve, striking down provisions of Tribunals Reforms Act, recall of Vanashakti judgment, seniority of officers in higher judicial services, and answering of Presidential reference.
