Welspun One has acquired two land parcels measuring 107 acres to expand its footprint in south India. These projects take its regional land bank to over 260 acres across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. This portfolio represents a development potential of more than 6 million sq ft, supported by a committed investment of $250 million or ₹2,150 crore.
