The wife of an Indian man who is forced to fight in Russia-Ukraine war wrote a letter to Centre seeking help and claimed that her husband went to Russia to work in a construction company. He was made to sit without work for nearly one month, and later shifted to a remote area and given weapons training forcibly, she claimed.
