After violence broke out in West Bengal's Rabindra Nagar, South 24 Parganas, BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari visited the state police headquarters to meet DGP, but he didn’t meet them. "We went to inform him...that the police vehicle has been vandalised...and some police personnel...are injured," he said. The violence allegedly began after a man was stopped from encroaching on temple land.
