India's co-working major, WeWork, has raised around ₹1,350 crore from several anchor investors on Wednesday, ahead of its ₹3,000-crore IPO. Investors like Goldman Sachs, Ashoka Whiteoak, Amundi Funds, and Allianz Global participated in the anchor book. The company is set to open its IPO, which consists entirely of offer-for-sale of 4.6 crore equity shares, for public subscription on Friday.
