The Karnataka High Court asked state government to respond to nine questions on stampede by June 10. The queries include who decided to hold victory celebration, when and how it was planned, whether permission was sought and if any SOP exists to manage 50,000+ crowds at such events. It also asked if any assessment was made on number of people.
