The Oxford English Dictionary has added quirky Caribbean food names, leaving foodies curious. Among them are "Cou-Cou", a cornmeal and okra dish, and "Bulla", Jamaica's sweet spiced cake. Trinidad's flaky "Buss Up Shut" and golden fried "Pholourie" also made the list. The oldest addition is "Saltfish", dating back to 1558, which is a dried, salted fish still loved today.
