PM Narendra Modi was offered chak-chak and korovai as he landed in Russia for BRICS Summit. Chak-chak, a sweet dish originating from the regions of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, is made of fried pieces of wheat dough and it can be round or cubical. Korovai is a loaf of bread decorated with floral patterns and is most often served at weddings.
