Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has recently spent billions recruiting AI talent for his Superintelligence programme. Those on "The List", a compilation of top AI engineers and researchers made by Zuckerberg, mostly are PhD holders from top universities like UC Berkeley and Carnegie Mellon, Wall Street Journal reported. They have reportedly worked at other AI institutions and have a unique skill.
