Congress MP Rahul Gandhi alleged over one crore new voters were added in Maharashtra between Lok Sabha polls- in which Congress and its allies won majority seats- and Assembly polls, which they lost. He alleged over one lakh dubious voters in Mahadevapura Assembly segment in Bangalore Central Lok Sabha seat, which BJP won. ECI earlier dismissed his claims on Karnataka.
