RCB, KSCA and others have been named in Bengaluru stampede FIR and charged under several BNS sections. The charges include culpable homicide not amounting to murder, voluntarily causing harm, voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous means/weapons, assault/criminal drone to deter public servant from discharge of their duty, act endangering life/personal safety of others and unlawful assembly.
