Mithun Manhas was announced as the 37th BCCI president on Sunday. He has played a number of cricketing roles so far. He led Delhi for the major part of his first-class career, scoring nearly 8,000 runs for them. He has also coached IPL teams like KXIP, RCB, and GT, and has been an administrator in Jammu & Kashmir cricket.
