Delhi bomber Umar Nabi and his associates secretly met at room 13 of building 17 at Faridabad's Al Falah University, NDTV reported. The room belonged to Dr Muzammil, from whom 2,900 kg of explosives were recovered. It is in this room that the police suspect they had planned to carry out blasts in Delhi and several other locations.
