If a man takes a pregnancy test, it'll usually show negative result because these tests detect hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) that's produced during pregnancy, Dr Ashwini Rathod said. However, a positive result is considered a warning sign and one should consult a doctor. "Certain types of cancers, especially testicular cancer, can produce hCG as a marker," Rathod said.
