A new spyware, 'Landfall', which targeted Samsung Galaxy devices for over a year, is capable of carrying out comprehensive surveillance of its victims by vacuuming up on-device data like photos, contacts, and call logs. The spyware is crafted as an image and sent to the phones, without needing victims' interaction. It can tap device’s microphone and track its precise location.
