Israel is reportedly making "sponge bomb" to counteract network of underground tunnels used by Hamas in Gaza. These devices are said to be encased within a protective plastic container with a metal barrier that divides two distinct liquids. When activated, these liquids merge and advance toward intended destination. They contain no explosives but are used to seal off tunnel entrances.
