Maharashtra minister Dhananjay Munde is suffering from Bell's palsy and can't even speak for two minutes due to it. It's a condition that causes temporary facial paralysis (palsy) and usually affects only one side of the face. It usually happens due to swelling or inflammation of the seventh cranial nerve and most cases go away on their own with time.
