Demon face syndrome, or prosopometamorphopsia, is a rare neurological disorder wherein a person has a distorted perception of their own or other people's faces. According to a report published in The Lancet, a 52-year-old Dutch woman who was diagnosed with this condition had a "life-long history of seeing...faces change into dragon-like faces".
