Urban Company secured approval from SEBI to raise ₹1,900 crore through IPO. The offering will open for subscription on September 10 and will conclude on September 12. The company has set the IPO price band at ₹98 to ₹103. It plans to raise ₹472 crore by selling new shares and existing investors plan to sell stakes worth ₹1,428 crore.
