Microdosing exercise is about breaking movement into small chunks — usually 2 to 15 minutes — scattered throughout the day. It is becoming popular among busy people who do not have time for physical activity. Taking stairs instead of the lift, walking during phone calls instead of sitting, and stretching shoulders and back between video calls count as microdosing exercise.
