China is preparing to host several world leaders, including heads of Russia, North Korea and Iran. The four nations are collectively called the 'Axis of Upheaval' and 'deadly quartet'. 'Axis of Upheaval' phrase was coined by political analyst Andrea Kendall-Taylor to describe the countries aiming "to create an alternative to...current order, which they consider to be dominated by US".
