Google recruiter Erica Combs advised candidates to use the 'STAR' method when answering questions during Google's job interviews. "The STAR method is Situation, Task, Action and Results," she said. "Explain the Situation at hand, the Task that you took to fix the situation, the Action items or steps that you took to fix it, and then the Results," she added.
