Nutrition coach Justin Gichaba explained 1.5:1 rule which helps people manage their fats and carbohydrates consumption while losing belly fat. "Eat a ratio of carbs to protein in a 1.5:1 ratio. This means, for every 1.5g of carbs you have, you must also have 1g of protein," noted Gichaba. This ratio gives enough protein to stay satiated and prevent overeating.
