Congress' Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday alleged that CISF personnel were present in Well of House and claimed they are being deployed to prevent Opposition from protesting. However, Minister Kiren Rijiju said that it's clearly on record that only marshals are allowed in House. "Even on the day...Kharge ji is referring to; it was the marshals who were present," he added.
