A 25-vehicle crash occurred on Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Saturday killing 1 and injuring several others. According to police, the pile-up occurred after a trailer's brakes failed. It triggered a chain-reaction collision as the trailer was driving down the slope. The trailer dragged several vehicles nearly 3.5 km, the police added.
