National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has announced a set of changes to UPI from August 1. This includes a daily limit of 50 enquiries for balance check per UPI app, limiting pending transaction checks to three times with 90-second gap, autopay transactions will occur only during non-peak hours, limiting linked bank account list checks to 25 times/day, etc.
