A 'red diary' has emerged in the probe against Chhangur Baba alias Jamaluddin, the mastermind in the UP religious conversion racket, reports said. The diary reportedly has names of several politicians and former officials who allegedly received financial backing from Jamaluddin during 2022 state polls. Authorities are looking at the diary for evidence on his ₹106-crore foreign-funded operation.
