Russian President Vladimir Putin will be hosted at Hyderabad House- a palace formerly owned by last Nizam of Hyderabad- in Delhi during his two-day visit. It was among the largest and grandest royal palaces designed by famed architect Edwin Lutyens. The 36-room butterfly-shaped palace was built at a cost of £2,00,000 in 1928 (inflation adjusted- around ₹170 crore in 2023).
