GRAP 3 anti-pollution measures have been imposed in Delhi-NCR amid the rising air pollution. Key restrictions include a ban on BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel four-wheelers in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Gautam Buddha Nagar. Offenders will face fines of ₹20,000. Major welding and gas-cutting activities are forbidden. Transport of construction materials like sand is also restricted.
